What we collect

• Account details. Your name, email and password. Passwords are stored securely by our login provider, and we can never read them.
• Business details. Your business name and type, current site, domain, the pages you want, your brand words and the files you upload.
• Your kickoff call. The name, email and time you book on our Google Calendar booking page, and the Google Meet link for the call.
• Requests. The edits you send us and any files you attach.
• Billing. Your plan and billing status. Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs, like IP address and browser type, to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To build and run your site, show your progress in your portal, hold your kickoff call, take payments, send emails about your plan, keep the service secure, and meet our legal and tax duties. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us

A few trusted providers run parts of the service. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

• Supabase: database, file storage and login.
• Stripe: payments and billing.
• Google: calendar booking and Google Meet.
• Resend: emails about your plan.
• Vercel: website hosting.

Our fonts load from stoodioos.com, and some code libraries load from public content networks, which see your IP address like any website does.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser keeps your login session so you stay signed in to your portal, and the demo saves sample data in your browser only.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your plan is active. After it ends, we keep only what we need for billing, tax and legal records. Your files and site content are deleted or handed over when you ask.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction or a deletion at any time by emailing sam@stoodioos.com. You can also update most details by sending a request from your portal.

Security

Every connection is encrypted, your files are stored privately, and access is limited to the studio team working on your site.
